We recently had Trademark Construction Illawarra to repair our carport after it was damaged by a delivery truck. After struggling to find a contractor willing to take on the job, Tim was extremely helpful, responsive and efficient throughout the entire process. He promptly provided a quote and completed the repairs to an excellent standard, replacing the damaged frame, posts and Colorbond roof sheets. An outstanding experience from start to finish. Tim built a me new internal staircase with Tasmanian Oak railings to replace an old one in a poor position. His craftsmanship was excellent, he turned up when he said he would, and he stuck to our agreed price. He was a great communicator throughout the whole process and I'll absolutely use him again.

Used to be good, but no more. Quotes one thing and builds another. Shoddy materials, crappy job, attitude problem. Would give 0 stars if we could.
