Dave Schnowske, the owner of Trademark Construction is a terrible contractor, there is nothing in our bathroom that he did that we are 100% happy with. I had to call a plumber to fix the drain because he used silicone instead of plumbers putty in the drain and water was leaking from the drain, the plumber also had to replace the toilet flange because Dave overtightened it and cracked it, also overtightened the fitting on the pipe that fills the toilet and cracked that and was leaking, needed to be replaced.
