I take both my trucks there ever week and don't really ever have anything to complain about. My work truck is dark blue and always trashed when I bring it there, but when they are done it looks great. My only complaint in all the years I've been going there is that if you go there the last 30-45 minutes of the day they don't seem to do quite as good of a job drying. Went to get my truck washed and was refused service because they didn't want to deal with any vehicle with mud. When asked to talk to the owner tom, he was even more discourteous than the manager who told me to go away. The owner tom is as another put it very cocky and self centered. After further investigation I would not take my vehicle there in the first place because the wash elements in the tunnel are carpet fiber type and WILL cause scratch and swirl marks in your clear coat as opposed to a rubber type. Can I give zero stars?? Let me say to start, my car looked pretty good after it was washed. That said,right after I took my car to be washed, I noticed an odor. We went home for naptime, then got into the car to pick someone up at the airport. At this point, I noticed the car smelled like vomit. I'm assuming they used rags that had a mildewy odor or something, so I took the car in this morning to have the interior redone. They took NO RESPONSIBILITY for the odor.
