I can't actually think why anyone would want to go to this place more than once. The first disappointment was the actually price is 50% higher than the price advertised on their website. I called this to the attention of the cashier, and she was pleasant enough, but gave the impression that they had no plans to change the incorrect pricing. I love the service and attention absolutely
So I went today to use my rain guarantee because I got my car washed Saturday and it rained Sunday only to be told they don’t offer it anymore on the quick washes only full service. I don’t have an hour to wait for my car to be vacuumed out with small kids always with me so I only do the quick washes. On top of that since the new owner took over you can’t buy a pack of 5 and get one free anymore either. Basically taking away anything that was customer service oriented. I’ve been going to Trademark for over 15 years and today was the worst car wash I’ve ever had. I paid $25 to have the two tires in the passenger side not even wipes much less polished. The passenger door had trash still in it. The side mirror wasn’t even touched. It seems like whoever was responsible for the passenger side of my car dropped the ball. I have never had to check their work but guess I will from now on. Very disappointing. Car Spa here I come.
First time I went, they chipped my paint. Two weeks later I went for another “works” and they put a dime size crack in my windshield. Not even sure how the literal center of the windshield gets cracked from a car wash.....
