Derek came to my home for an estimate for a few small repairs. He performed the most thorough examination of the projects and evaluation of possible solutions I can imagine. Fixing one issue while at the house. Also pointing out another small issue that I hadn’t noticed, and instructing me on how to correct it myself. Trademark was our savior! Our bay window unit was not properly built, years before moving into our home without our knowledge. This lead to water damage resulting in mold growth. Trademark rebuilt our exterior bay window & interior walls, replaced flooring, trim, &painted. Working with Rich and his team were always rapidly responsive and clear. We are confident that our house was rebuilt water tight to prevent future water damage.
