After the winter storm, I had Craig come out to our home to get an estimate. He walked through the house with the insurance adjuster. Told me he had a couple people in front of me, but he would have my quote to me within a couple weeks. Flash forward a few weeks and he is dodging my phone calls, wont return my voicemails.. so I called him from my work number, boom answered. He told me he would have it to me by the end of the week. He's been MIA since. Don't even bother with this company.
