Showroom: Poor customer service, no follow ups on customer emails or product requests
Best place in town, renovating 2 bathrooms and the girls are very helpful and knew exactly what they are talking about
Needed help to outfit a bathroom and was lucky enough to be serviced by Julie on the front counter can only say that I ordered everything I needed for my job because of her excellent customer service. Very difficult to find good service these days. Thanks again Julie.
Service was non existent in store on my most recent visit. Only one worker serving a customer already. Waited around to be noticed by anyone. One other staff member came and asked the customers who were already being attended too if THEY needed help and didn’t utter a word to me. Had to hunt around for someone when I should have just left. Found out the same product is $$$$$ cheaper at Bunnings so will order there instead.
