Very helpful staff with great prices
What a disappointment in the end. Our original review follows unchanged however the reality of our experience came crashing down as our ongoing dealings with Tradelink Goulburn continued. We put it down in part to staff shortages and turnover but really nothing was followed through correctly and our purchase order was 'lost' and the invoices that we paid could not be reproduced for our records when requested. As we all know quality of product and value for money are crucial for a business to succeed - the Goulburn Tradelink outlet has the full range to cater for all trades ... all the way down to inexperienced do-it-yourselfers. So what, lots of suppliers do I suppose, but Tradelink Goulburn has Tom & Charli - what a team. They are so knowledgeable and committed to getting you the best outcome you could hope for.
