ive been to tradeland twice thinking heck ill give them another shot, big mistake. the first time i went there i stood in front of the counter for 20 minutes before an employee finally helped me. i was trying to sell a brand new tool that was purchased 3 weeks earlier for $400 retail the item itself was selling for $225 used on ebay. so tradeland in all reality would have sold the item for around $200 i was asking for $80 less than %50 so the store can double its money (i know how these places work) the employee who refu... read more
Manipulative, exceedingly condescending. Beware of the Red head baby running the trade center. With his swamp donkey partner. RUN. Hey Craig I get that you like having monsters run your shop for max profit but dang how about having a little humanity.
Staff was awesome. I came to return an item because I couldnt seem to figure it out. The staff helped me and realised they had made a mistake and corrected it. I was treated respectfully and I appreciate that.
