I really like Tradehome Shoe Stores. I’ve purchased in store and online. Top quality shoes, I like Birkenstock, and shopping is enjoyable. Their online store is easy to navigate and shipping was pretty fast. The only thing I would recommend is that rewards don’t expire in one year. 2 years is more reasonable.
I had the best experience on Black Friday shopping for shoes for my chronic foot problems. The associate took her time to talk to me about the different styles of the OnCloud shoes and the Birkenstocks, so that I got the ones that fit my feet the best. She went through almost 10 different shoes until I found the perfect pairs. I really appreciated her knowledge and enthusiasm as I tackled the job of finding the best shoes for my feet.
Jason is so knowledgeable about the fit and comfort of shoes! He is so patient and never makes you feel pressured..but goes the extra mile to help! Trade Home is definitely my go to shoe store.
The Guys at the Eden Prairie store were very helpful and patient with me. I will return to that store when I buy shoes again.
Had a question and my call went straight thru to a real person! Knowledgeable and polite answered my question. Boots arrive 3 days later and like all my other Pikolino boots the workmanship is fantastic! They not only look great but are Oh! So comfy!
