Stopped in at the Midland Mall location and I was befuddled!!! The service from Kassandra was very much reminiscent of my childhood shoe shopping experience. Don't get me started on the shoe measurements and shoe horns... Impeccable!!! She stayed with us the entire visit & didn't seem frustrated about doing so. 10 outta 10 WOULD RECOMMEND!!!!

Joey, once again, went above and beyond to help my family find shoes. He truly knows what he is talking about and was even able to recall the shoe I bought from them 2 years ago.
