i was really in need of better walking shoes, and sick of guessing at the figure it out yourself stores; So went to Tradehome Shoes and i was so impressed : top-notch Customer Service! Listened to my needs/what looking for and why, used the shoe machine to help with feet feedback in finding the best shoe. Lily and Nick know all the different attributes of the different shoes, and which ones would work best for the customer. Definitely recommend.
Amazing
Nick was very impressive in his customer service skills. He was very personable and skillfully handled multiple clients in the store at once. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in helping me find shoes and insoles that fit my needs for wide feet, high arches, and 12h shifts in the ER. Would 100% go back to have him help me find my next pair.
This is my go to place to buy shoes for me or anyone at my home , even for my kid. My recent visit here , I gotta say Gunner was such a delight and helped us get the right shoes n had a great shopping experience. I will always come back
