I am unhappy with my area store,rewards prog. was not explained, missed the deadline by one month, with a sales total of \$557.10. I have no option other than to say I will positively not make another purchase at a Tradehome store. There are other stores that carry the same brands, theirs are not exclusive--------I will not be back!Sincerely, Pat

we have always bought shoes from your store in virginia,mn i will never buy shoes there again. my daughter went to return her shoes she bought and they refused to give her her money back. the shoes have a problem with the seams causing problems with her feet and she cannot wear them. they said the shoes were dirty and couldnt take them back. the shoes were not dirty and were only worn a couple of times in the house. ive never had this problem before with getting my money back for shoes i had problems with.
