Mackenzie from TFI provided brilliant after sales support for a set ASV RC 60 tracks - Trexell. Throughout the process, I was impressed with the level of customer care, which included delivering of my new tracks close to where I live. Well done to Mackenzie and the rest of the team at TFI.

Extremely disappointed and disgusted in the lack of care and responsibility by this company. We purchased new tracks but unbeknown to us they were for an international machine with a longer base not for machines in Australia. This is despite serial numbers etc all being the same. The tracks took 5 days to be delivered from Melb to a large regional town, after the carrier got lost. When fitted to our machine they caused several issues.
