Extremely disappointed and disgusted in the lack of care and responsibility by this company. We purchased new tracks but unbeknown to us they were for an international machine with a longer base not for machines in Australia. This is despite serial numbers etc all being the same. The tracks took 5 days to be delivered from Melb to a large regional town, after the carrier got lost. When fitted to our machine they caused several issues. As serial numbers were same we looked at other causes and spent considerable money and time... read more
