Overall if your purchasing from out-of-state. If they say it'll pass in Pennsylvania don't believe them. Obviously the laws have changed in New Jersey over the years since I lived there they will pass junk in New Jersey.. You know like rocker panel ROT!! They should have at least cut me a break on some of the repairs.. $3,000 was a bit excessive.
