Purchased an immaculate Mercedes Sprinter through Ravi, primarily as he was so open and honest to deal with. The truck ultimately wasn’t for me and Ravi was quick to collect the truck and issue a full refund as a remedy. Dealers can be reluctant to have any contact once you have made a purchase and it made a pleasant change to deal with a company that believes in good customer services when things don’t go as planned, which I feel is a very good measure of them as a business. Bought a van off them, never sent off the log book, now won't answer my calls
Great selection of all types of vans. We brought a lovely white Transit Custom. Exactly as described & drove fantastic. (Its a 2 hr round trip for us) Rav is a really nice bloke & we were able to do a good deal. Will be getting our next van from him. Thanks again, Will & Mandy
