I could not be more happy with the service I received from David at Trade Superstore. I had not placed an order and drop in to ensure that the item I was after would be a fit replacement for my old ceiling vents. He was extremely helpful and the quality and price of the items was excellent. I would certainly recommend David and his team if you are after any heating or air conditioning equipment
Ordered and paid for the vents online and received an immediate confirmation. The very next day I received an email letting me know that the goods were available for collection! Easy and convenient - totally recommend!
Seriously! Hands down the best support. I rang them 20 times to purchase and organise pickup. I kept calling them back an asking for bits n pieces. Adjusted invoice to suite. Spoke to 4 individuals and all of them bar none were polite and enthusiastically helpful. 20 stars from me. Oh and best price on my gas heater.
