I had recently been in a car wreck and A doctor referred me to a Chiropractic place. I ended up seeing them 3 times and told myself I would never try Chiropractic work again. I felt blamed and misunderstood during my visit. The chiropractor showed little empathy when I tried to explain what I was experiencing. His attitude came across as judgmental, especially toward menopausal symptoms — as if they weren’t real or were “all in my head.” It was discouraging to be treated that way by someone who clearly doesn’t understand what women in menopause are going through.
