Amazing customer service!
Bought a Babyliss flat iron from here just over 2 years ago. Yesterday it literally just stopped working. I can turn it “on” (it lights up) but it doesn’t heat up. There’s no reason for this; I haven’t dropped it, I don’t wrap the cord around it, and I use it in my bedroom so it isn’t exposed to water. I had a very long thick hair and sometimes it's hard to find a hairstylist that can style my hair the way i like it. So today decide to go here,and have my hair done. Sana was one of the hairstylist today.I showed Sana the hairstyle I wanted and boom she got it. Results: I freakin loved my new hairstyle. I highly reccomend Sana for sure..
Horrible experience and caused me a lot of pain. I'm a regular customer at this store who always gets her eyebrows waxed. I went a few days ago and got my brows waxed by a different lady for the first time (because my regular tech had another customer). After pulling the wax, I was in so much pain (before this, waxing here never hurt much before) and I checked in the mirror to find that my skin was red and burning.
