Worst trade secrets. Never and I mean absolutely never do they answer the phone- horrible customer service. The one time I did call, I asked if I could come in for an appointment for threading, when I came to the store- I was told the women went home. Ridiculous. Save your time and go to another location, the one in Pickering town Centre is amazing.
Recommend going to Heena for any of your services. She is super kind, detailed and accommodating!

I bought this for my daughter as she turned 16 in December 2022. I had read the reviews about how wonderful Hina was and decided to take a chance after all the reviews.
