I am regular customer but my experience was worse. The girl over there had no idea how to use for eyebrows she burnt my forehead.
I was there Friday, and they burnt my eyelid from doing my brows so bad. they shape is nice but the burnt was not.

Very dirty. Chairs, tables, were dirty with dirt/coffee stains and dust. The sink where they wash your hair was full of other people's hair all clumped up in the drain and on the sink sides. Had an appointment for 3pm, which they confirmed but when it was my appointment time they had no idea what I was there for. At 3:15pm I asked how much longer and kept being told "just a few more mins and I'll be right with you" ended up waiting 30mins.
