Zakiyya at Trade Secrets is amazing. She is the store manager and always provides excellent service in a clean, friendly, and welcoming environment. She does a fantastic job with my brows every time and is incredibly attentive, polite, and professional. She always answers my hair questions and recommends the best products—I shop here often because of her. The hairstylist is also very skilled and attentive. I highly recommend Zakiya and the team at Trade Secrets.
Hair stylist was amazing. My hair colour looks great. She deserves 5 stars. The experience was not relaxing or enjoyable. The lady who worked the retail was on her phone for over an hour loudly talking in her language while sitting in a salon chair. It was hard for me to relax and enjoy my time being pampered. While my stylist was foiling my hair she had to walk away a number of times to help customers because this other girl was on her phone and showed no interest in helping customers.
