What a disgusting business. Makes their living off of robbing customers. Quoted 60$, was charged 140$ . They charged for services that were not done or requested. None of the pricing is accurate on in store items either. Super disappointed and will never recommend or return to this place. Terrible employees, classless business, random pricing, no explaining to customers what they are being charged for. Surprised this place is still in business.

I went there to ask about some product price. But in reception area, there is one lady fully ignored me. I was trying to get her attention but she was busy to see picture of other lady’s baby. It was unprofessional and disrespectful.

Balqis does such an amazing job cutting my hair every-time and giving me the best blow outs ever! Definitely recommend going to her for your hair!!

I bought a hair product and it gave me clumps in my hair. The company’s official website said that this product was discontinued and recalled and they sold it to me even when it was unsafe to do so. I asked them for a refund and they said that they have to check with head office and starting quoting store policy to me which made no sense since recalled products don’t fall under simple store policy rules. if it’s a product that’s recalled, that means me as a consumer was wronged by the store when they should have not been see... read more

Worst experience with Balqui she does not understand English at all I don’t know which country she comes frm asked to do hilites couldn’t even see them told me next time I should tell her it’s low lights terrible service
