Visited the Trade Secrets in White Oaks Mall and was greeted by the manager Suada. Without hesitation she asked if I needed help with something. I was there to grab myself a new curling iron and to see what other sales there were. I picked up the Aria Infrared Curling Iron and can't wait to try it. The store is on the smaller side compared to a couple other locations I've been to but everything was well stocked and laid out nicely. The store was well stocked! & had lots of in store discounts! I got the Aria Beauty curling iron and It was love at first try for me! As i used it, the hair curled so perfectly! The iron has a good grip! I also love the auto turn off function of the iron! - Product gifted by Trade Secrets.

I had an absolutely awful experience at the Trade Secrets White Oaks Mall store, that I feel needs to be shared. I was yelled at by the store owner for simply walking by the store. I wasn't even entering or bothering anyone — I was just passing through the mall, minding my own business. To my shock, the owner started yelling at me, telling me I was not welcome near her store and threatening to call mall security if I ever walked by again.
