I had an absolutely awful experience at the Trade Secrets White Oaks Mall store, that I feel needs to be shared. I was yelled at by the store owner for simply walking by the store. I wasn't even entering or bothering anyone — I was just passing through the mall, minding my own business. To my shock, the owner started yelling at me, telling me I was not welcome near her store and threatening to call mall security if I ever walked by again. Disgusting behaviour by the owner. I asked if they had any shampoo for men and after they showed me their selection (they didn’t have the type I like in stock), I said thank you for showing me. For some odd reason, me not buying anything upset her so much she chased me around the mall screaming I’m banned from walking by their store again 🤣 Honestly that’s never happened to me before. WILD EXPERIENCE.

Mahbooba always has people lined up for her. She has consistently made my face look fabulous with her threading skills. I am obsessed with my eyebrows and her. Recently I got my hair washed and styled by her as well, which was no easy job btw as my hair is long but she made me look like a PRINCESS. Thank you!!
