After the tornadoes that came through in May, I was able to get ahold of Mark and he took care of everything from there. Within a week we had a new roof on our house and all other repairs quickly followed. Mark was great to work with the whole time. He did most of the heavy lifting in dealing with my insurance company and was VERY patient through the long process of getting all of the funds secured to get him paid. TradePro came to help us promptly after the tornado damage to our home. They started as quickly as the insurance company would allow and got our repairs done quickly. Mark Mason did a great job of managing the repairs and making sure we got good results. We are repeat customers and would use them again.
So thankful for this company. Corey and Jonathan came out and were respectful and professional. Plus they knew their stuff. After having a toilet and sink back up for a week and having to siphon water out of the laundry sink every time I did laundry I was so relieved to have professionals who knew what they were doing! Thank you Tradepro plumbing!
Mark Mason was great to work with and kept the work moving. We were back in our house less than 4 months after the tornado.
