Very bad service, past 20 waiting on reception counter nobody attend staff pass through and never talk a single word ask them for help but no reply , Reception staff no clue how to communicate to customer, for parts enquiry thy take too long to find the parts even on computer Lazy staff... Ring many time the bell on counter nobody attend All staff gather on back door laughing and chilling, nobother customers r waiting on counter Even Phone is ringing and ring nobody is answering
Staff seem very un helpful…..….Unlike the same staff while working for Hodgson Toyota/suzuki.
