Knowledgeable and friendly staff, tons of selection across many platforms, very reasonably priced with pre-owned discounted options.
While though the game selection is really good, the customer service is lacking. My husband and I walked in the store, there was no initial greeting on anything, and I believe it’s because the color of our skin. Then 3 caucasian men walked in and greeted them. I will not be coming back, I appreciate their efforts and keeping nostalgia, but that means nothing without respect. My husband is in the military. We are not bad people at all, we just love to shop.
