Store on Raeford rd has the worst customer service . They treat the disabled like �. I'll never recommend them. Get it together trade it. You never know who's in your presence watching your work. Treat every customer as if they were V.I.P. Your actions can cause irreparable damage to yourself and your company.
i purchased a smart watch which the young lady told me that the watch takes calls in which it didnt and also didn't inform me that if a warrenty is purchased and you return the product the warrenty is not refunded. Why when product is returned in same condition the very next day. You are robbing people by keeping the warrenty charge and giving wrong info about the products you are selling. Will never purchase anything from trade it and i was a faithful customer for a while but never again
