Wanted to charge me for service I didn’t use after accidentally purchasing the yearly subscription for $599. Canceled immediatley right after and found out a MONTH later they haven’t refunded my money. Texted their “texting line”, no reponse and called paypal to open a case. They had the audacity, to state that I “used the service for a month” after I canceled the service right away after purchasing it and that they will be refunding around $480.
