Excellent service from TDL. I ordered a radiator from these guys and it was delivered within 24 hours.. upon delivery I realised I’d ordered the wrong size, I contacted Matt and he said “leave it to me I’ll see what I can do” A couple of hours later he called me and told me the radiator will be exchanged for the correct size the very next day, brilliant ! I highly recommend TDL. Thanks Matt.

These people really are helpful. I ordered parts which are fairly obscure and difficult to get hold of and they arrived next day. One item was faulty but a replacement was sent out immediately at no cost to myself. It’s great to have wholesalers who back up the initial service as you’d expect them to.

Paid 28 pounds for delivery, yes it delivered on time, but the delivery man didn"t even take it into the flat, my mum went outside to meet him, he took the boiler ( around 50-60 kg weight) and wanted to leave it in the communal area on the ground floor ( we live on the first floor), my mum asked him to help her to bring it upstairs ( there is a lift that they can use for that), the guy had to be begged to at least put it in the lift.
