I love this salon it’s so peaceful and cozy. I’ve been going for a few years. My stylist Jessica D’Alessandro is amazing. Ive been going to her for a few years. Jess always listens to what I want and makes recommendations to fit my needs. I went to Jess today for a color and cut and it looks amazing. The color turned out beyond my expectations. Jess always works her magic and I always walk out feeling beautiful.
I went in for a hair color appointment recently, and unfortunately, my experience wasn’t what I expected. The stylist left visible dye stains all over my face, ears, and hairline, which was really disappointing for a professional service I was also left with cuts in my neck! Which is completely unacceptable in a professional setting like this. I had to go home and try to remove the stains myself and treat my wound. Very unsatisfied with this place. The owner whose name is Alicia was beyond rude to me. She talks bad abt the employees to her clients while doing their hair. I was really surprised. I won’t be back. I don’t recommend anyone coming here.
