Very unhappy; I called this company to enquire about a car. I had to call a few times before anyone picked up. When someone finally picked up, they answered the phone in a very unprofessional manner. I was advised that this company no longer deals with the general public; I admit that the name Trade Cars 4 Sale may imply that the company only sells to traders, but there is nothing on any of the sites they advertise or their own Facebook page to advise that they will not sell to the general public. I would highly recommend Trade 4 cars if you're looking for a second hand car. Their staff are very helpful and professional and their aftercare is impeccable.
I generally had nice things at first to say about this dealership. They were helpful upon coming to view the vehicle, I pointed out marks down one side (fair enough, they were happy to sort it) helpful through the process of setting up finance. Until recently, I noticed that the damp in the back of my car wasn’t getting any better, the response was, given the bad weather and flooding, it was just that. Amazing garage, lovely people. Very helpful at setting up finance. Had a minor fault with the car but they were more than happy to help resolve the issue. Would definitely recommend
