After having the worst customer service experience of my life at Pandora Cupcakes in Cuyahoga Falls around Thanksgiving, I was determined to give someone else my business. I needed cupcakes with the frosting done a special way. I ordered Marilyn Monroe cupcake toppers and the frosting was supposed to appear to be her dress. We were in need of a wedding cake and cupcakes somewhat last-minute and Tracy's Treats came through. They were very professional, affordable and accommodating, even delivering to my wedding venue at no charge. Our guests were very happy with the cupcakes -- to the point where they were eating 4-5 a piece!! I would highly recommend this bakery and cafe for your next event or treat.
