Don't buy from this vendor!!!! I ordered a piece for my Inland Swap-Top grinder, they shipped a broken piece and now do not respond to emails. I found a phone number for them on the web and like the comment from January 2012, the phone is constantly busy. These people are losers. The glass artist community should shun them and put them out of business.
Can someone tell me how to contact this store? The phone number 616-531-5569 is apparently not working. I've tried calling for 3 days now and only get a busy signal. I have call information and there is no listing for them. I'm trying to get my money back for an item I contacted them about and returned 3 weeks ago with an RMA number and tracking number. I've sent 4 emails to them within the last 3 weeks and have had no response or refund. Thanks for any help you can give me regarding a working telephone number for them.
