Exceptional service today at Tracy's on Broadway. Took my 89 year old mom in for a new outfit and they helped us well. Even had to help her get dressed trying them on. Top notch !
I would not recommend this place the owner completely ignored us we were shopping for the mother of the bride dress we came from Saskatoon the owner was on the phone when she did get off the phone her attitude SUCKED she told us to go across the street to dream weddings she didn’t even come out behind the counter to show us some dresses she told us she accommodates her own clients. Went into Tracy today was very disappointed with the way I was treated. The sales associate did not say anything when I came in she was two busy chatting with her friends in the dressing room. Finally she did mention the sales racks were an extra 30% off. That was my second time in there looking for a dress for my sons wedding Both times very disappointed !!!
Great service and selection. I always bring ny mom when she visits from Alberta and we always have success dressing her! The only negative thing I can say is we found too many things and had to put a few back! My mom is all set for her granddaughter’s wedding as well as her summer wardrobe!
