Best School in Town! – While so many schools in the area seem to focus only on either fitness-only styled classes or classes only kids would enjoy, Tracy's was the only school I found to be offering legitimate MMA classes (which is ironically a better workout than a "fitness only" styled class) and separate instruction for either children, families, and adults. Vallejo's Oldest & Best Martial Arts Studio – Tracy's Karate & Mixed Martial Arts Schools are an establishment and an icon of Vallejo martial arts. They even pioneered MMA in the 80's and early 90's before MMA was even called MMA! I've been training at this studio for years, and even my parents studied here back in the late 60's-early 70's.
