Tracy's was hired to replace the rotten gutters on our new home. First of all, they mounted the gutters to fascia that was partially rotten, so the gutters are sagging now in multiple locations. In addition to that, they have mounted the gutters at least 8 inches lower than the edge of the roof, so when it rains the water comes off of the roof and misses the gutters completely and pours over the side. RecommendedThey were real quick to respond, my insulation was attacked by a squirrel that took things apart. They fixed the insulation and also put screens up to prevent critters from returning. The repair crew was really nice, good sense of humor and very polite as well as the office staff. As busy as they were they were able to fit in the small job that I had to have done.
