Cops gave me permission to come and pick up paperwork and things I needed from car and Tracy garage said no I can't come get anything out , I had to get my title to read vin number to insure car and then he read vin for me but gave me wrong numbers so now I have to wait even longer to get my car out cuz it's the weekend and it charges more a day .. Worst unprofessional tow place ever
