Tracy’s classes are for all ages and body types as well as different levels of fitness. Her Pilates class is awesome designed for chair or mat. Her weight classes are excellent workouts to tone, build strength, balance and burn fat. Being a certified fitness instructor, she’s able to safely instruct those with special needs as well. She works us to our individual potential. Excellent instructor that cares about you as a person to bring you to better healthy lifestyle. Love love all her classes.
