I couldn’t be more thankful for Dr. Dana at NVS. She was thorough, kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Her combination of expertise and genuine compassion made a stressful situation so much easier.
Nice drs and staff attentive to dog and my concerns
I have visited NVS several times for my own pets and pets for a rescue I volunteer for. The concern and care is always excellent . From examination, explanation, to care direction and follow up. I can’t say enough about all the caring people I have encountered there.
Having used this facility years ago when one of my older cats started to lose her eye sight, there was no hesitation in making an appointment for an ultrasound for my current cat with a perceived gastrointestinal issue. While the results were essentially inconclusive and the cost a bit excessive, the staff is outstanding from top to bottom
Friendly, kind, comforting, and efficient. So grateful for this team.
