They always take the best care of my pets. Staff are nice and the vets explain everything so I understand what's going on. Thank you for always taking great care of my fur babies. A tad bit expensive but worth the price IMO.
We brought our male Belgian Malinois (almost 2 years old, 81 lbs) in for a rabies vaccine. He can be anxious and reactive, especially around male strangers, so we came prepared with a muzzle. The nurse was very patient and calm with him. When he got nervous during the ear temperature check, she had me help take it while my husband held him, which worked well. My son had a progesterone test scheduled for tomorrow and had worked it out that if his dog was ready to give birth, they would do a C-section right then and there at the normal rate of $1400. Well, his dog went into labor on the way to the appointment then all of a sudden when we get there, it’s now considered an emergency. One of the puppies was born with a double cleft palette. The vet and staff were kind, patient, and genuinely caring toward my dog. It’s obvious they truly care about both the animals and their owners. I’m very grateful for the excellent service.
