Tracy True Dismukes My first NARTS conference workshop was your workshop about “what are you leaving on the table” and we had no item fees and a 50/50 consignor split. I went back to the store and changed the split to 45/55 and instituted item( buyer) fees. I calculated that your workshop added close to a million dollars to our business.
