I went back to the store and changed the split to 45/55 and instituted item( buyer) fees. I calculated that your workshop added close to a million dollars to our business. Tracy, worked very hard to make sure the house was ready to be put on the market, she made sure the price was reasonable for the market, and Tracy went to battle for us when we needed help with the buyers. Totally enjoyed working with Tracy!
