Tracy was great to work with selling our old home and buying our new one. She was in constant contact with us and helped us navigate the crazy real estate market. Tracy helped us prep our house for the market, helped us choose the best price to sell our home fast, and broke down the offers we received so we could make the best choice possible. Our buyers encountered a hiccup close to closing and she worked diligently with their realtor to get us to the finish line.
Tracy was amazing to work with! She handled every detail of selling our home and helping us buy our next home. She took the stress and worry off of us, handled communication with other realtors and carefully walked us through the entire process. I highly recommend her if you need a realtor!

Can’t say enough positive about Tracy. I contacted her in the midst of a tight time line and she immediately responded and rapidly went to work. She researched the property, and readied contract and offer in a few hours. Awesome experience! I think she is the best ARC realty has to offer in Hoover or the entire Birmingham area. She is exceptional at her job. Patient, hard working, kind and genuine.
