Super impressed with the quality of Tracy's sports massage. I had ran a marathon the day before and my legs were like planks. I already felt like I could walk again after yhe massage. Tracy was also very easy to be around and knowledgeable about the different muscles, leading to learning about one's areas that could use posture improvement and more care with stretching. Will book again in the future.

I have had Tracy a couple of times now for a massage and WOW does she know what she’s talking about/doing! She has been a real life angel, I’m a hairdresser and my back is always so painful & she has helped me so much. I am so glad I found her (I was recommended by my client who also speaks so highly of her) Highly recommend

Joined after double hand surgery. Tracy encouraged me and suggested altered poses to help my recovery. Classes are friendly and of all abilities. If you are considering joining a yoga class and are nervous, with Tracy there is no need! you feel comfortable from the start thank you

I've just started Tracy's Wednesday yoga class at Gordon Hall. Brilliant, very good teacher easy to follow and a good workout.

Tracy is super friendly, professional and welcoming! She makes you feel completely comfortable throughout. Myself and a few other family members use Tracy’s services and I certainly would recommend her to more friends and family. I was experiencing lower back pain due to pregnancy and at very short notice Tracy fit me in and worked her magic on me. Would highly recommend.
