Do not recommend using Bridget Tracy for any of your probate needs. She is uncompassionate, rude and unresponsive. I would not trust her to honor your wishes or the wishes of your loved ones. Update - a year after my aunt's death this firm has still not honored the wishes of my aunt and her partner's trust while they continue to pay themselves out of the trust.

I strongly advise caution if you are considering Tracy and Tracy Law Firm. My experience attempting to contact their office demonstrated a severe lack of basic customer service and professional courtesy. I initially submitted an inquiry via their website and sent a follow-up email. I received no automated acknowledgment or response from either source—my first indication that customer communication is not a priority here. DO NOT use this firm. Immediate family member used them for planning future wishes and when that time came to execute those wishes this office has been nothing but downright rude and condescending when we reach out. I wholeheartedly recommend you avoid and go elsewhere.
