Toyota in Tracy is amazing! The front desk staff in the service department is exceptional! Vanessa at the front desk has exceptional customer service skills very thorough friend and knowledgeable! She ensures customers needs are met and concerns are addressed. Her manager mike awesome guy also! I drive almost an hr to service my vehicle here because their service depot customer service is stellar! Keep up the great work Vanessa!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a 2017 4Runner 4x4 TRD package from Deborah Petitt this is the 4th vehicle I've purchased from her since 2004 and she's never let me down. The staff is friendly and service has been great I'm a repeat customer for a reason I'm treated well and get great service. I traded in my Venza and there was no hassle getting the loan paid off and trading up to the new vehicle. The financing was easy and stress free.

Today I went to Tracy Toyota and it was more than wonderful. The customer service is great, much better than when I first bought my car from them a few years ago. I think they changed their sales manager because this time, it took only a couple of hours to test drive, pick my carm finance, and done! I was so happy and ver please with my Camry. Everything about this dealership has definitely improved over the years, I am so glad because this will be my regular dealership.

My old Camry still runs well, but I was ready for a new model. Terri was sweet and considerate while I was looking at every Camry model they carried. She helped me narrow it down to two and we went on test drives. I was able to get great financing and Terri did a great job with my trade in. I look great in my new 2011 Camry!

Robert with Tracy Toyota was a great salesman and the gentelman in finance did a wonderful job getting us a good deal. We feel that this was by far the best car buying experience that we have had in the recent past. We actually began by looking on the their website, found the car we wanted and within 25 minutes received a call from them. That weekend we visited their lot and give it a test drive. would definitely recommend Tracy Toyota. I’ve been hoping around for a new car for while now and drove by and saw this Tacoma so I went in to check it out. A few salesman asked me if I needed help but I told them I was just looking around, generally I would get some stuck up attitude but they didn’t act like the typical sales hacks. Tom and Mike as well as the gentleman in the finance department were very helpful and professional. We might be looking to purchase another vehicle in the next few months and we would definitely bring our business to them. I am really happy with the whole experience and appreciate the fact that the people at the delership made things easy.
