I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience here. When I booked my appointment, the person who answered the phone clearly told me I could drop off my car anytime between 7:30–11 am and pick it up later that evening before they closed. That’s exactly why I chose this time slot. So, I ran my errands and arrived around 10 am, and the man at the desk (Greg is his name, I believe) said that appointment was for 7:30 only and that I was supposed to pick the car up at 11. Awful service, super slow. The large man at the front is SLOOOW and rude. The call center is not much better.
Friendly customer service. No bull, and questions answered, accurately and truthfully. No hard sell. I highly recommend this place.
I work nearby and needed an oil change. I was able to walkin and schedule a same-day appointment. The service was convenient, polite and professional. They gave helpful feedback about my tires. I will be a return customer and highly recommend!
I was traveling home and got a screw in my tire and made it to their shop slightly before closing. They were friendly and helpful and got my tire fixed even though they had to stay a little late. Thank you !
