I put 5 stars because I want everyone to know that the pool is dirty and the staff are always rude and mean they are disrespectful even the sitting area is dirty.
Very rude and unprofessional behavior from the manager katelin, and life gaurd . I have witnessed her treating people with brown and Black skin noticeably differently on two separate occasions, which is why I decided to write this review. During my recent visit, my 20-month-old baby was quietly playing beside the pool with a few small toys. The manager approached us in a harsh and disrespectful tone and said, “You can’t touch our toys,” even though my child was not causing any disturbance or damage.
