I can't believe that it took me 50+ years to find Tracy, but I am so fortunate that I did! I have recommended her to friends, and I can't recommend her enough. She has used EMDR with me to get to the roots of some past trauma, but mostly we use talk therapy. She uses play and art therapy with children. Friends have noticed a difference in me that I attribute to lessened anxiety and lifting depression. A note to find her: she's behind Dairy Queen, on the lower level. Enter her parking lot from 69th street.
