This place is very dangerous, the staff is not competent in delivering care to patients (problem breathing, blood pressur, chest pain), manager didn’t have enough staff and it was apparent leading to stressful situation, he wasn’t a licensed clinical professional when asking supervisor to talk to person in charge to complain, so she didn’t do anything using it as excuse. I was scheduled to have a procedure done. I was supposed fillout a pre-procedure form before the day if procedure. . They sent the link as text message and it is hard to edit the form on the phone. I tried calling the phone number that they provided in the text message I tried calling them so many times. No one answered. Finally, I saved the form on the phone. Sent it to my email. I was able to edit the file on my laptop. It shouldn't be that hard to do this. They should mail the form or send it via email. Please answe the p... read more
Told to fill out pre-registration forms on line prior to my medical procedure and it keeps saying site cannot be reached or server can't be found.This is very frustrating to say the least! It says it should take 15 minutes... ha i've been at it for over an hour. Called the surgery clinic for help and NO ANSWER AND NO CALL BACK!

Worst place ever!!!! Husband scheduled for a vasectomy at 1:45 it’s 4:30 and he’s still back there. Front desk doesn’t answer !!!! Horrible doesn’t even deserve 1 star
