Tracy Silberer’s classes are fun, supportive and lighthearted. Tracy focuses on effective alignment, containment and depth, but she also makes sure each student observes and feels the profound connection between executing the asana effectively and the awareness and presence that is so important in a truthful yoga practice…All this, while expertly attending to the individual needs of each student!! What a treasure to have such an amazing Iyengar teacher and studio so close to my rural home!!!

It is rare to find such experience and expertise in a rural setting. Tracy expertly guides every body according to their own unique needs. I have no worries referring clients even with active injuries because I know that Tracy will be able to accommodate these special needs. Her focus and attention is like having a personal instructor while in a group. Advanced student feel challenged while beginners feel supported.
