WORST EXPERIENCE with a State Farm agent. Never replied to any of my emails whenever I asked questions concerning my insurance policy and drive safe discounts. And she waited till after they auto drafted the months insurance cost from my account to cancel my policy with State Farm. So I lost money. If you can, go somewhere else. Much better auto insurance rates at progressive and they reply to emails.
Terrible agent! She will not return calls or communicate with with anyone! If you think about going with agency, I highly recommend you don’t! Worst agent ever!
Tracy has saved us so much money and is always on top of things! We receive letters from the home office that require our attention or to contact our agent on occasion. Majority of the time we have already received a phone call from Tracy letting us know the issue has been resolved, or inquiring for additional information that is needed before we have even opened the letter. I have been with State Farm for 16 years and she if by far the best agent I have ever had! I highly recommend her to all of my friends and family.
