I’m quite happy with Tracy Schartzman but I’m beyond frustrated with the clinic. I had a UA done on my Friday 6/4 visit and it showed I need to be put on antibiotics. Since I was seen late in the day I did not get the message that I needed them till Monday. I had told them the pharmacy I wanted them sent to and Tracy stated in the MyChart message that indeed she had done that. When I went to pick them up the pharmacist had no record of any prescription. So helpful and personable. She’s the best!
Very good visit. Tracy and her assistants were friendly and efficient. Tracy is excellent at being both understanding and sensitive. I felt well cared for.
